Pre Season Has Commenced

Finally the time for working off those Christmas Beer Bellys and Festive Love Handles has come around. Pre Season has commenced!!! Same place, same time. Park 10 geared up and ready to go by 6:30pm. We need everyone out there to be fully prepared for the season ahead.

With Adelaide Uni looking likely to enter both a Reserves and B-Grade team it is imperative that we get as many players out to training as possible. We are currently concentrating on a healthy balance of both fitness and basic skills, working towards a more complicated training session closer to the beginning of the season. So let's get out there and get going and make this season the most successful so far.
